Intent

This rule ensures that if the level 3 free courses for jobs has been returned for a learner who is 24 that they are earning under the earnings threshold

Guidance

Ensure that if the learner is 24 at the start of the aim and recorded on level 3 free courses for jobs that the learner is also earning below the earnings threshold and recorded with LDM 391

Description

For starts on or after 1st August 2024 for learners aged 24 at the start of the aim who are Adult Skills fund funded and the 'Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs' Learning LDM code 378 has been returned, the learner must be earning below the earnings threshold and recorded with LDM 391

For starts on or after 1st August 2024 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2024-08-01), for learners aged 24 or over at the start of the aim ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth >= 24 years) who are Adult Skills fund funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 38) and the 'Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs' Learning Delivery Monitoring code has been returned ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 378), then the learner must be earning below the earnings threshold ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 391)
