Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If it is an apprenticeship standard, a T Level Foundation Year, a skills bootcamp, a combined authority programme or the programme type is not present ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 24, 25, 30, 32, 33 or LearningDelivery.ProgType is unknown), the Pathway must not be returned (error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 24, 25, 30 32, 33 or not returned and LearningDelivery.Pwaycode is known)
