Guidance	Ensure that the programme type has been recorded if the event aims are recorded in the ILR
Description	If one of the Skills Bootcamp subject learning aims has been returned then the Skills Bootcamps programme type must be returned.

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If one of the Skills Bootcamp subject learning aims has been returned (LARS_CategoryRef = 62) then the Skills Bootcamps programme type must be returned. error where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_CategoryRef = 62 and LearningDelivery.ProgType <> 32
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by: Project S Pilot for Skills Bootcamps
