Guidance	Check that the Skills bootcamp funding model has been used when using the skills bootcamp programme type
Description	If the Skills Bootcamp programme type has been returned the funding model must be 37

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the Skills Bootcamp programme type has been returned ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 32) the funding model must be 37 (error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 32 and LearningDelivery.FundModel is <> 37 )
