Description	If the learning aim is a T Level Foundation Year learning aim class code then the T Level Foundation Year programme type must be returned.

Detailed description

If the learning aim is a T Level Foundation Year learning aim class code (ZTPRxxxx) then the T Level Foundation Year programme type must be returned. (error where LearningDelivery.LearningAimRef = ZTPRxxxx and LearningDelivery. ProgType <> 30 or not returned)
