Guidance	Ensure that the T level programme type 31 is used
Description	If the T level industry placement aim ZWRKX003 has been returned then the T level programme type must be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the T level industry placement aim (LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = ZWRKX003) has been returned then the T level programme type must be returned (error where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = ZWRKX003 and LearningDelivery.ProgType <> 31 or not returned)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by the Adult T level pilot (LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 384) or Non funded T Levels (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99)
