Detailed error condition
Detailed description

For a funded (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 or 36), Early Years Educator (LearningDelivery.FworkCode = 445 and LearningDelivery.PwayCode = 1), advanced apprenticeship (LearningDelivery.ProgType = 2), component aim (LearningDelivery.AimType = 3), that started on or after 1 Sept 2014 (DD04 >= 2014-09-01), then the learning aim must be a Functional Skill, GCSE or international GCSE

(error where LARS_BasicSkillsType <> -2, -1, 11, 12, 19, 20, 33 or 34 (where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => LARS_EffectiveFrom, and =< LARS_EffectiveTo)
Exclusions

This rule is not triggered on knowledge/competency learning aims (LARS_FrameworkComponentType = 1, 2 or 3 in the LARS_FrameworkAims Table)

Restarts (LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES)
