Intent

To ensure that a valid Outcome code is used where an Achievement date is returned

Guidance

Ensure that if an aim Achievement date is returned, the Outcome is 'Achieved' (Outcome = 1)

Description

If the Achievement date is returned, then the Outcome must be 'Achieved'

Detailed error condition
Detailed description

If the Achievement date is returned ( LearningDelivery.AchDate is known), then the Outcome must be 'Achieved'

(error where LearningDelivery.Outcome <> 1)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered for Apprenticeships standards ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
