Guidance	Check the original learning start date is not recorded on 16-19 and Community learning aims as it is not applicable, if the dates are returned, remove them to clear the error.
Description	If the learning aim is funded by 16-19 non-apprenticeship or community learning provision then the Original learning start date must not be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the learning aim is funded by 16-19 non-apprenticeship or community learning provision (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25, 82 or 10), then the Original learning start date must not be returned (error where LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25, 82 or 10 and LearningDelivery.OrigLearnStartDate is known)
