Intent	This rule ensures that the start date of the Apprenticeship programme is correct and valid for the current academic year.
Guidance	Check the start date recorded on the learners Apprenticeship programme and update accordingly
Description	The Apprenticeship start date cannot be 1 year after the end of the current academic year

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the learning aim is part of an apprenticeship (DD07 = Y), then the Learning start date must not be more than one year after the end of the current teaching year (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > 1 year after the end of the current teaching year)
