Description	If the Source of Funding is East Midlands Combined County Authority, York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority or Cornwall Council, the funding model must not be Adult Skills or Community Learning.

Detailed description	If the Source of Funding is East Midlands Combined County Authority, York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority or Cornwall Council, the funding model must not be Adult Skills or Community Learning. (Error where: LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 121,122,123 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 or 10)
