If Learning Delivery Monitoring code for the Procured Adult Education Budget procurement 2023 ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 388) has been returned then it must be a regulated qualification (LearningDeliveryGenre = EOQ, EOU, EQQ) or be an AEB Procurement 2023 non-regulated learning aim.
