Detailed description	If Learning Support Funding, Apprenticeship Contract Type or Advanced Learner Loans Bursary or Event indicator FAM type is not returned ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType <> LSF, ACT,ALB or EVI ), then the Date applies from must not be returned (error where LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateFrom is known)
