Detailed description

If a learning aim is Adult skills funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35) and is not part of a traineeship ( LearningDelivery.ProgType <> 24), then Work experience/placement learning aim reference codes must not be used (error where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = ZWRKX001 or ZWRKX002 or ZWRKX003)
