To ensure that only aims valid for Adult Skills Fund - Free Courses for Jobs provision are recorded

Guidance

Ensure that, for new starts on or after 1 August 2024, that are not restarts) and are Free Courses for Jobs provision, the learning aim start date must not be before the validity start date or be after the last date for new starts for the corresponding validity category in the Validity table in the LARS database, as shown through the FALA service

For new starts on or after 1 August 2024 and are Free Courses for Jobs provision, then the learning aim start date must not be before the validity start date or be after the last date for new starts (unless the restart indicator is present) for the corresponding validity category in the Validity table in the LARS database
