Detailed description	For new starts on or after 1 August 2023 and are part of a funded apprentice standard programme, a Skills Bootcamp, Other Adult or Non funded component aims, then the aims must have ANY Validity Category in the Validity table in the LARS database. (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2023-08-01 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25) or ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 37) or ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 81) or ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99) and LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_ValidityCategory <> ANY)
Exclusions	Rule excludes: Advanced Learner Loans ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = ADL)
