To ensure that only valid postcodes are used for Adult skills funded or Tailored learning funded aims

Guidance

Ensure that, for starts on or after 1 August 2024 that are Adult Skills Fund or Tailored Learning funded, the Learning start date postcode is valid on the learning aim start date for the Source of funding listed

For starts on or after 1 August 2024, that are Adult Skills Fund or Tailored Learning funded, the Learning start date postcode must be valid on the learning aim start date for the Source of funding listed

Detailed description

For starts on or after 1 August 2024 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2024-08-01), are Adult Skills Fund or Tailored Learning funded ( LearningDelivery.Fundmodel = 38 or LearningDelivery.Fundmodel = 11), the Learning start date postcode ( LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode ) must be valid on the learning aim start date ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate ) for the Source of funding listed

(error where LSDPostcode does not exist in the Postcodes.AEBPostcodes or (( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) <> Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding) for the LSDPostcode or LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.EffectiveFrom date for the LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode where (( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) = Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding) or LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.EffectiveTo date for the LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode where (( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) = Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding))

This rule is not triggered for Restarts ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES), Postcode exclusions ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = DAM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 001) or where
LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode = ZZ99 9ZZ
