Intent

To ensure that only valid postcodes are used for adult skills or Community Learning funded aims

Description

For starts on or after 1 August 2021 and on or prior to 31 July 2024, are adult skills or Community Learning funded, the Learning start date postcode must be valid on the learning aim start date for the Source of funding listed

Detailed description

For starts on or after 1 August 2021 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2021-08-01) and on or prior to 31 July 2024 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2024-07-31), are adult skills or Community Learning funded ( LearningDelivery.Fundmodel = 35 or LearningDelivery.Fundmodel = 10), the Learning start date postcode ( LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode ) must be valid on the learning aim start date ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate ) for the Source of funding listed

(error where LSDPostcode does not exist in the Postcodes.AEBPostcodes or ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) <> Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding) for the LSDPostcode or LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.EffectiveFrom date for the LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode where (( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) = Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding) or LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.EffectiveTo date for the LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode where (( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) = Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding))

This rule is not triggered for Restarts ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES) and Postcode exclusions ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = DAM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 001) and LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode = ZZ99 9ZZ)
