Guidance	Ensure that, for starts on or after 1 August 2019 and before 1 August 2021, that are adult skills or Community Learning funded (and are not programme components, Restarts, Postcode exclusions, OLASS learners or postcode ZZ99 9ZZ) the Learning start date postcode is valid on the learning aim start date for the Source of funding listed
Description	For starts on or after 1 August 2019 and before 1 August 2021, that are adult skills or Community Learning funded, the Learning start date postcode must be valid on the learning aim start date for the Source of funding listed

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For starts on or after 1 August 2019 and before 1 August 2021 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2019-08-01 and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < 2021-08-01), are adult skills or Community Learning funded ( LearningDelivery.Fundmodel = 35 or LearningDelivery.Fundmodel = 10), the Learning start date postcode ( LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode ) must be valid on the learning aim start date ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate ) for the Source of funding listed (error where DD35 = Y and LSDPostcode does not exist in the Postcodes.AEBPostcodes or ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) <> Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding) for the LSDPostcode or LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.EffectiveFrom date for the LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode where (( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) = Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding) or LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.EffectiveTo date for the LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode where (( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode for the LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF) = Postcodes.AEBPostcodes.SourceOfFunding)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered where the Programme Type has been returned (ProgType is known) and Providers with an organisation type of Long term Residential College ( LearningProvider.UKPRN = Org_Details.UKPRN and LongTermResid = 1), Restarts ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES), Postcode exclusions ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = DAM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 001) OLASS learning aims ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 034) LearningDelivery.LSDPostcode = ZZ99 9ZZ
