Description	If it is a traineeship, an apprenticeship standard, a T Level Foundation Year, a skills bootcamp, a combined authority programme or the programme type is not present, the Framework code must not be returned

Detailed description

If it is a traineeship, an apprenticeship standard, a T Level Foundation Year, a skills bootcamp, a combined authority programme or the programme type is not present ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 24, 25, 30, 32, 33 or LearningDelivery.ProgType is unknown), the Framework code must not be returned (error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 24, 25, 30, 32, 33 or not returned and LearningDelivery.FworkCode is known)
