Description	If the aim is a framework apprenticeship then the the Framework code must be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the aim is a framework apprenticeship (DD07 = Y), then the the Framework code must be returned (error where LearningDelivery.FworkCode is unknown) This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standards ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standards
