Guidance	Ensure that where the learning aim is part of an apprenticeship, that the Funding model is not '16-19 funded' (FM = 107)
Description	If the learning aim is part of an apprenticeship , then the Funding model must not be '16-19 funded'

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the learning aim is part of an apprenticeship (DD07= Y), then the Funding model must not be '16-19 funded' (error where LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25 or 82)
