Intent

To ensure that, an employment status is returned prior to the learning aim start date for a 16-19 funded aim where the Planned learning hours and the Planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours is less than 540

Guidance

Ensure that, if the learner is undertaking a 16-19 funded aim, with a start date on or before 31 July 2014 with Planned learning hours and the Planned employability, enrichment hours less than 540 an employment status record is returned.

Description

If the Learning aim start date is on or after 1 August 2014 and the provision is 16-19 non-apprenticeship and the total of the Planned learning hours and the Planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours is less than 540, there must be an applicable Employment status record

Detailed description

If the Learning aim start date is on or after 1 August 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2014-08-01), and the provision is 16-19 non-apprenticeship ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25 or 82), and the total of the Planned learning hours and the Planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours is less than 540 (sum of ( Learner.PlanLearnHours and Learner.PlanEEPHours ) < 540), there must be an applicable Employment status record

(error where there is no Employment status record where LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp < LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate )
