Intent

To ensure that learners who are 19 - 24 and with an Education Health Care plan are 16-19 funded

Guidance

Ensure that, all learners who are 19 - 24, with an Education Health Care plan in place and returned in the data, are 16-19 funded (FM 25, SOF 107)

Description

If the learner is aged 19 to 24 on 31 August of the current teaching year, and is agency funded, and the learner has a 'Education health care plan', then the Source of funding must be 16-19 funding

Detailed description

If the learner is aged 19 to 24 on 31 August of the current teaching year ( Learner.DateOfBirth 19 to 24 years on 31 August of the current teaching year), and is agency funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25, 82, 35, 38 or 81), and the learner has a 'Education health care plan' ( LearnerFAM.LearnFAMType = EHC), then the Source of funding must be 16-19 funding

(error where ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode <>107))

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by OLASS learning aims ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 034)
