Detailed description

If the contact preference type is Restricted use indicator (LearnerContactPreference.ContPrefType = RUI), then Contact preference codes 1 or 2 cannot be used at the same time as Contact preference codes 6 or 7 (error where there is a record of LearnerContactPreference.ContPrefCode = 1 or 2 and there is a record of LearnerContactPreference.ContPrefCode = 6 or 7)
