Check the Completion Status is not recorded as continuing or intending to continue if the Outcome is marked as Achieved.

For apprenticeship standards, if the Outcome is 'Achieved' then the Completion Status must not be 'The learner is continuing or intending to continue the learning activities leading to the learning aim'.
