Detailed description

The Additional delivery hours must only be recorded for Adult Skills, Apprenticeships or Other Adult learning aims ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35, 36, 38 or 81), with a Learning start date on or after 1 August 2015 (error where LearningDelivery.AddHours is known and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < 2015-08-01)
