Description	If a total assessment price has been returned for this aim, there must not be a residual assessment price returned on the same date

Detailed description

If a total assessment price has been returned for this aim ( AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 2), there must not be a residual assessment price returned (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 4) on the same date (error where AppFinRecord.AFinDate of (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 2) = AppFinRecord.AFinDate of (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 4))
