Employment Status Monitoring Type – ‘other employment type’ covers additional scenarios including redundancy.

Code 1 will be used to identify a learner who has been made redundant.

Code 2 is to be used for Skills Bootcamps only. It is used to identify the size of the employer to determine the employer contribution towards Skills Bootcamps.

Code 3 is used where the employer has changed from the previous employer. If a subsequent employment status record is returned after the change of employer (for example where the employment intensity has changed) then this indicator must not be return for that employment status.
