The Devolved area monitoring document contains all of the valid codes available for this field, but is not teaching year specific. The 'Valid from and 'Valid ‘To’ columns should be used to determine whether the code is valid for use.

The document will be available and published on the 'Appendices, validation rules and schema' page to the ILR Specification for the current year.

Unassigned codes will fail validation and must not be used until they have been authorised for use and have been published.

The devolved area responsible for running the project or pilot will inform providers involved of the code that should be used.

The GLA recognises that this may not be possible in all cases and has given providers the flexibility of delivering provision that is only AEB-eligible, up to an AEB Flexible Allocation threshold of 15% of contract value. Provision flagged with the DAM code for AEB Flexible Allocation will be monitored by the GLA to ensure the provider does not exceed its AEB Flexible Allocation threshold, and to identify delivery which should not be used to generate ESF match funding. |
