Change to EOD search display

We have changed how the search function is displayed on the EOD platform, now the full site can be searched using the Search the documentation option .
When searching the ILR specification or Provider support manual the search automatically filters the results to search just those products allowing for more targeted results.
This is to improve the functionality of the site and responding to user feedback.
