This entity collects information on learners contact preferences where they cannot be contacted due to severe illness or to stop contact where the learner is deceased.

For 2022 to 2023 contact preference codes (PMC 4, 5 and 6) are no longer valid for new starts. End dates have been added to ensure compliance with the ILR privacy notice.

Use codes RUI 4 and RUI 5 where applicable if the learner is not to be contacted, other existing codes are no longer valid, with end dates added to reflect the change.
