Intent

To ensure that, where the learner is Office for Students (OfS) funded, their Unique learner number (ULN) should not be 999999999 where the aim duration is 5 days or less and the aim start is more than 60 days before the file preparation date

Guidance

Please ensure that, where the learner is Office for Students (OfS) funded and the aim has a planned or actual duration of less than 5 days, their Unique learner number (ULN) should not be 999999999 if the file preparation date is on or after 1 January of the current teaching year and the Learning start date is 60 or more days before the file preparation date

Description

If the file preparation date is on or after 1 January of the current teaching year, and the learner is learner is Office for Students (OfS) funded, and the aim has a planned or actual duration of less than 5 days and the Learning start date is 60 or more days before the file preparation date, the Unique learner number (ULN) should not be 999999999

Detailed description

If the file preparation date is on or after 1 January of the current teaching year (file preparation date >= 1 January), and the aim is Office for Students (OfS) funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 1), and the aim has a planned or actual duration of >= 5 days and the Learning start date is <= 60 days before the file preparation date (( LearningDelivery.LearnPlanEndDate - LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 5 OR LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate - LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 5) and file preparation date - LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 60 days), the Unique learner number (ULN) should not be 999999999

(Error where Learner.ULN = 9999999999)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered on OLASS learning aims ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 034
