If the learning aim is an apprenticeship (ACT = 1 and FM = 36) started on or after 1 May 2017, there must be an active contract relationship in FCT, for this UKPRN, to fund this provision |

=> 2017-05-01), there must be a funding relationship in FCT for this UKPRN (
