Intent	This rule ensures that the standard code is only returned for apprenticeship standards and not any other provisions
Guidance	Remove the Standard code from all learning aims which are not a part of an apprenticeship standard
Description	If returned the apprenticeship standard code must be a valid look up on the LARS validity table

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the learning aim is not part of an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.ProgType <> 25), then the Apprenticeship standard code must not be returned (error where LearningDelivery.StdCode is known)
