Detailed description	If returned the apprenticeship standard code ( LearningDelivery.Stdcode ) must be a valid look up on the LARS validity table (LARS_StandardCode on the LARS_StandardValidity tables) (error where LearningDelivery.Stdcode <> valid lookup on LARS_StandardCode on the LARS_StandardValidity tables)
