This rule ensures that GROSSFEE and NETFEE fields are populated if the SSN number has been returned

Guidance

Ensure that, the GROSSFEE and NETFEE fields are populated as the SSN number has been returned

Description

For starts on or after 1 August 2021, if the Student Support Number is not returned then the Net Tuition Fee and the Gross Tuition Fee should be returned.

‘For starts on or after 1 August 2021 (LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2021-08-01), if the Student Support Number is not returned then the Net Tuition Fee and the Gross Tuition Fee should be returned. Error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2021-08-01 and LearningDeliveryHE.SSN is not returned and ( LearningDeliveryHE.NETFEE is not returned or LearningDeliveryHE.GROSSFEE is not returned)
