Guidance	Ensure that, the Occupation code has been returned and is valid in the ILR specification
Description	If returned, and the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2014, then the Occupation code must be a valid lookup from SOC2010 lookup in the ILR specification

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If returned ( LearningDeliveryHE.SOC2000 is known), and the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2014-08-01), then the Occupation code must be a valid lookup from SOC2010 lookup in Appendix L (error where LearningDeliveryHE.SOC2000 <> valid lookup in ILR_SOC2010)
