Guidance	Ensure that, the Occupation code has been returned
Description	If the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2013 the UCAS application code has been returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2013 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2013-08-01), the UCAS application code has been returned ( LearningDeliveryHE.UCASAPPID is known), and the Domicile code is within the British Isles ( LearningDeliveryHE.DOMICILE = 'XF', 'XG', 'XH', 'XI', or 'XK'), then the Occupation code must be returned (error where LearningDeliveryHE.SOC2000 is unknown)
