Guidance	Ensure that, the Socio-economic indicator is valid in the ILR specification
Description	If returned, and the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2014, then the Occupation code must be a valid lookup from SOC2010 lookup in the ILR specification

Detailed description	If returned ( LearningDeliveryHE.SEC is known), the Socio-economic indicator must be a valid lookup (error where LearningDeliveryHE.SEC <> valid lookup in ILR_SEC)
