This rule ensures that duplicate Apps financial records are not returned

Guidance

Check that there is not more than one financial record returned for the learner with the same code and date, if there are two records of PMR for payments received from an employer, combine them into one record.

For funding model 36 aims here must not be more than one Apprenticeship Financial Record with the same combination of Apprenticeship financial type, Apprenticeship financial code and Apprenticeship financial date across all apprenticeship programme aims

For funding model 36 aims ( LearningDelivery.FundModel =36), there must not be more than one Apprenticeship Financial Record with the same combination of Apprenticeship financial type, Apprenticeship financial code and Apprenticeship financial date across all apprenticeship programme aims ( Learning.Delivery.AimType = 1 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 2, 3, 20, 21, 22, 23, or 25) for a given apprenticeship matching on standard code ( LearningDelivery.StdCode )
or framework code (LearningDelivery.FworkCode)

(error where there is more than one financial record with the same combination of AFinType, AFinCode and AFinDate)
