All funded component aims must have a corresponding programme aim with the same Programme type, Framework code, Pathway code or Standard code (where applicable)

Intent

This rule ensures that the programme structure is recorded correctly and that it has been recorded with a programme aim and associated components.

Guidance

Check the ILR data has been recorded correctly and that the rest of the programme is recorded, if the aim is not part of a programme then this must be recorded as aim type 4.

If there is a component aim there must be a matching programme aim with the same value of programme type and standard code

Detailed description

A funded component aim (LearningDelivery. AimType = 3) must have a corresponding programme aim with the same combination of Funding model, Programme type, Framework code, Pathway and Standard code

(error where there is no programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) with the same combination of ( LearningDelivery.FundModel ) and ( LearningDelivery.ProgType and LearningDelivery.FworkCode and LearningDelivery.PwayCode ) or ( LearningDelivery.ProgType and LearningDelivery.StdCode )

Exclusions

This is not triggered by non funded component aims (AimType = 3 and FundModel = 99))
