This rule ensures that the there is not more than one competency learning aim recorded if the learner has already achieved a competency aim

Guidance

Check the ILR data to ensure a duplicate competency aim has not been incorrectly added to the ILR if the learner has already achieved

Description

A learner cannot achieve more than one funded competency aim for any apprenticeship framework programme.

Detailed description

A learner cannot achieve more than one funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 or 36) competency aim for any apprenticeship framework programme.

(error where there is more than one occurrence of a funded (each funding stream is treated separately) component aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 3)
competency aim (LARS_FrameworkAims.LARS_FrameworkComponentType = 1 or 3, where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef) that has achieved ( LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 2 and LearningDelivery.Outcome = 1)
with the same LearningDelivery.ProgType , LearningDelivery.FworkCode, LearningDelivery.PwayCode and LearningDelivery.Fundmodel )
Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standards (ProgType = 25)
