This rule ensures component aims within a skills bootcamp programme are closed when the programme aim has an actual end date returned

Guidance

Ensure that all component aims that are part of a skills bootcamp have an actual end date recorded which matches the corresponding programme aim,

Description

A Skills Bootcamp learner must not have open component aims where the corresponding programme aim has an actual end date

Detailed description

A Skills Bootcamp learner must not have open component aims where the corresponding programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) has been closed ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is returned).
