Intent

This rule ensures that the ACT to date matches the achievement date once it is entered into the ILR

Guidance

If the achievement date has been entered onto the apprenticeship standard then the ACT to date must be added which matches this date to clear the error.

Description

For apprenticeship standards, if there is record of an Apprenticeship Contract Type that has been returned and the achievement date has been returned then the Date applies to for the latest ACT record must be the same as the Achievement date

Detailed description

For apprenticeship standards (FundModel = 36, ProgType = 25), if there is record of an Apprenticeship Contract Type that has been returned ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType =ACT), and the achievement date has been returned ( LearningDelivery.AchDate is known), then the Date applies to for the latest ACT record must be the same as the Achievement date (LearningDelivery.AchDate)
