Intent

This rule ensures that the ACT to date is added when an apprentice completes their programme of study

Guidance

Ensure that an employment status of 10 is added to the learners ILR file, if the apprentice is not employed then they are not valid for funding

Description

For apprenticeships frameworks if there is record of an Apprenticeship Contract Type that has been returned and the Learning actual end date has been returned then the Date applies to for the latest ACT record must be the same as the Learning actual end date

For apprenticeships frameworks ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36), if there is record of an Apprenticeship Contract Type that has been returned ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType =ACT), and the Learning actual end date has been returned ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is known), then the Date applies to for the latest ACT record must be the same as the Learning actual end date

(error where LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate <> LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo of the ACT record)

Exclusions

Excluding: Apprenticeship standards (FundModel =36, ProgType =25)
