A learner must not have different Apprenticeship contract type (ACT) codes across all Learning Delivery Funding and Monitoring records at any point in time.

A learner must not have different Apprenticeship contract type (ACT) codes across all Learning Delivery Funding and Monitoring records at any point in time.

(error where LearnDelFAMType = ACT and count (LearnDelFAMType = ACT) is greater than 1 and
LearnDelFAMCode does not match across all records at any point in time.
