This rule ensures that there is no overlapping ACT code recorded in the ILR

Guidance

Check that there is not more than one open ACT code recorded for the learner in the ILR, there must not be multiple records active at one time.

Description

A learning aim must not have Learning Delivery FAM records with overlapping dates where the Learning Delivery FAM type is Apprenticeship contract type (ACT) If there is more than one ACT record the 'Date to' of the earlier record must be returned and before the 'date from' of the later record.

Detailed description

A learning aim must not have Learning Delivery FAM records with overlapping dates where the Learning Delivery FAM type is Apprenticeship contract type (ACT) ( LearnDelFAMType = ACT).
If there is more than one ACT record (count (records where LearnDelFAMType = ACT) > 1), the 'Date to' of the earlier record must be returned and before the 'date from' of the later record.

(error where LearnDelFAMDateFrom of the ACT is earlier than the LearnDelFAMDateTo of the previous ACT or LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo is not known)
