This rule ensures that if the NETFEE is recorded on a HE learning aim where the SNN number has not been returned

Guidance

Ensure that, if the SSN number has not been returned for a HE learning aim that the NETFEE is recorded

Description

If the Learning Delivery HE data set is returned, and the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2012, and the Student support number has not been returned, then the Net tuition fee must be returned

Detailed description

If the Learning Delivery HE data set is returned (LearningDelivery.LearningDeliveryHE is known), and the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2012 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2012-08-01), and the Student support number has not been returned ( LearningDeliveryHE.SSN is unknown), then the Net tuition fee must be returned

(error where LearningDeliveryHE.NETFEE is unknown)
