Ensure that, if the learning aim is Office for Students (OfS) funded and a HESA record is not returned, a Learning Delivery HE record is returned

If the learning aim is Office for Students (OfS) funded, then the Learning Delivery HE record must be returned

If the learning aim is Office for Students (OfS) funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 1)), then the Learning Delivery HE record must be returned

(Error where LearningDelivery.LearningDeliveryHE is unknown)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by records generated by HESA ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 352), or by records where LearningProvider.UKPRN = ORG_UKPRNS and LegalOrgType = UHEO
